How long does it take?
On average, it takes between 2-5 working days for the customisation depending on the design. Delivery time is additional to these days.

Can I still wash my shoes?
Yes you can!
The paints we use (Angelus) are water-proof, and as long as you prep and finish it properly, it should hold up against any water, dirt, or cleaning products.

What if I am not happy with my customisation?
Once you place an order, we will share the design with you to approve before the artist begins with the customisation
Once the shoe has been customised, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
